Thanks for your kind words. Participating in your classes and being in the space you create has helped me a LOT. I find that I'm getting braver and braver as I move along in this process. I have moments when I think: what the hell, might as well say it, what's there to hide or protect. No matter how difficult it seems, after I write it / read it / share it, I discover that the telling of it blows it wide open. There's no going back completely to the previous closed-in, closed-up feeling of "nursing" the wound in my own little corner.

I am a skilled therapist with 26 years experience who has been through many years of healing through therapy, body work, spiritual work, and my own memoir writing and teaching. I bring my training as a therapist and writer together in this work, offering compassion, patience, and a deep awareness of the power of this process. I have seen it transform many people. I have trained over 100 therapists, and enabled many dozens of writers to write their memoir stories and experience deep change and insights that put to rest many of their issues. Doctors and therapists have been recommending my work as an additional healing tool for their clients.
